Few dreams are more deeply ingrained in American culture than
those of log cabin living. Daniel Boone and Davey Crockett tamed
the wilderness from their log cabin homes. Abraham Lincoln read
with light from his cabin's open hearth fire. Pioneers built log
cabins and settled the West.
Now you can build your own log cabin memories while having a relaxed time with our Conestoga log cabins overlooking the lake. Picture watching the children play or fish from the comfort of your own porch or tucking the kids in for a good night's sleep in your cabin's comfortable bunk beds.
These dreams and many more can come true when you try one of units. The cabins are a basic camping unit with electric light and receptacles (water is nearby, but not in the cabin). One room units have one double bed and one set of bunk beds (sleeps 4). Two room units have either one double bed and a single bed in one room and two single beds in the other (sleeps 5) or one double bed in one room and two sets of bunk beds in the other (sleeps 6). All beds have mattresses, but bedding and linens are NOT provided. Each unit has a table and chairs. Some units have small refrigerators. Each unit has a porch with chair and light. A picnic table and fire ring are just outside your door for easy outdoor cooking. Please, no pets.
Our cabins are ideally suited to new campers who wish to experience the camping lifestyle for the first time.
